In the Puno district of Peru, Peruvian Amazonas, the hydropower project ”San Gaban lll” is being constructed. Sino Hydro B6, a well experienced Chinese contractor specialized in hydropower project construction, is the main contractor and will finish this project in 2024. When finished, this project will generate 208 MW electricity in the most sustainable way. Swedfan was appointed by Sino Hydro B6 to design the ventilation during contruction and delivered 12 Swedfan highpressure tunnelling fans ranging from 55 to 90 kW and 20.000 m of Swedfan flexible ducting. Altogether, Swedfan delivered yet a complete ventilation system.
